This No Cost benefit is a great way to recruit, hire, and retain employees while providing huge savings and real estate and lending costs.

The same marketing email will also be provided to you in the form of a printable PDF document for distribution to employees without email, or for displaying in common areas such as kitchens and break-rooms.

House$mart on your Internal Intranet
We will supply your Information Technology Department with the tools to market your House$mart Program to your employees over your Intranet.

House$mart Payroll Marketing
We can also increase the awareness of the House$mart Program within your organization by providing you with a custom “Payroll Stuffer”.

House$mart at your Benefits Fair
Your House$mart Coordinator can help to increase awareness by representing the program at your Benefits’ Fairs and Seminars.

House$mart Onsite Seminars
We ask that you have your employees register for each seminar and provide us with an attendee count three days prior to the day of the event. We will provide breakfast and/or lunch for all registered employees, at no cost to you.

If possible, we prefer to host the House$mart Seminars in order to encourage employer attendance at your location. We ask that you coordinate the arrangements for the meeting room. If this is not possible, we can make arrangements to host the seminar at our location.

House$mart Rebate Delivery When an employee participates in the House$mart Rebate Process his or her rebates will be personally delivered to their place of business by your House$mart Realtor and Loan Officer. This will give other employees the opportunity to witness the success of the House$mart benefit.
