We can’t change what has happened, but we can help. We can be one part of a bigger picture. Throughout the community, companies and organizations step in to help these individuals and families who are now in financial risk. Electric companies pay electric bills, water companies pay water bills, grocery stores provide food, and neighbors and friends step up to help however they can. We work at Universal Lending. We give. Paying a mortgage for someone who has seen such a life-changing event can relieve some of their stress. That’s what the Mortgage Bridge Program is all about. We make a difference. Helping these families and being a part of this community is the number one goal of the Universal Lending Foundation.
The Universal Lending Foundation is working to help patients at Craig Hospital, and their families remain in their homes by providing mortgage payments and HOA payments to qualified homeowners through our Mortgage Bridge Program. These are not long-term investments intended to pay off a home; rather, they are temporary bridge payments for one to three months, intended to help homeowners remain in their homes as they find ways to heal and work toward physical and mental and emotional wellness.
