Paid Time Off
We believe time away from work is essential for rest, well-being, and work-life balance. That’s why we offer generous vacation and sick leave benefits to our full-time team members. Paid time off increases with tenure and role, recognizing the value of long-term contributions. Our policies are designed to support both personal time and health needs throughout the year.
Health Care
Medical, Dental and Vision insurance are offered to full-time team members and their families. Team members in all geographic regions have a medical option with a low annual out-of-pocket maximum. Medical insurance includes coverage for virtual visits and telemedicine. The company pays for full-time team members to have Basic Life & AD&D insurance, Short-Term Disability and Long-Term Disability. Additional benefit options for plans are also available for supplemental life insurance and AD&D, as well as plans to provide coverage for incidents of critical illness, hospital care, unexpected injury or illness associated with accidents.
